I will be moving again on August 1st to a more permanent home. I have been doing some camping for the last couple of weeks and will finally have my own place to stay. A real appartment. I haven't had one for years and I am really excited about it. And more excitingly, I'll be starting from scrach. You heard me right : brand new everything. Well, euh, except for the clothes and the old dog. Feeling jealous yet ? Even the carrot peeler will be new... Oh ! and the bath towels ? New too !! And no old smelly couch. Everything will be brand new. I know ; I get way too excited everytime I think about it...
But that brings me to my point.

See what I mean ?
I need help. Badly.
Any suggestions on what essentials I should get ? What's the one thing in your house you couldn't live without ??
It will be of no help, but presently what I couldn't live without is the dedicated CD I have from Pierre Lapointe...
RépondreEffacerAnd before having it, I suppose it was my bottles of Crémant ;-)
You once told me : " no kitchen is complete without a ginger grater..." Since the one you gave me 10 years ago is still unused...
RépondreEffacerdoes it qualify as new essential ?

Oh, I think you have already answered this question with the photo above. No home,, or rather no home I have ever lived in, is complete without a martini shaker. Oh, and the glasses and ice trays and...
RépondreEffacerOkay, I understand that there are times when you will not want a martini, so, of course you will need wine glasses!
These are kitchenware items, aren't they?
